AEI Intelligent Technologies is a privately held company engaged in the design, manufacture, marketing, and support of server class network connectivity solutions.  In operation since 1998, Company is a division of Ace Electronics Inc.   Products have traditionally been used to facilitate server connectivity in Network Attached Storage (NAS), Storage Area Networks (SAN), Local Area Networks (LAN), and Firewall / Internet Security Appliances.

Company primarily sells its products through a worldwide network of (i) independent distributors and value added resellers on a non-exclusive basis; (ii) through manufacturers’ representatives, and (iii) through original equipment manufacturers (OEM’s).  The Company has a strong commitment to quality, the environment, and overall excellence. Beginning early 2005, all new products were designed to meet or exceed Europe’s RoHS and WEEE environmental standards well in advance of its proposed deadlines.
